Business meeting conversations between Martabak Manis 146 and Martabak Depot 88 which discussed cooperation in creating Martabak Rainbow  to be marketed to consumers

Secretary         : Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to our weekly meeting. Here with us, Ms. Prima, our chairman, has already come. Now, let us listen to Ms. Prima remarks to open our meeting today. To Ms. Prima, time is yours.

Ms. Prima       : Thank you, Citra. First of all, let us welcome our business partner, Mr. Sungha Jung from Martabak Depot 88. Our weekly meeting becomes extra ordinary because Mr. Sungha Jung joins us. Well, today we are going to discuss about the strategies to promote rainbow martabak that have already been published by our company. In addition, we will also sign the memorandum of understanding with Mr. Sungha Jung’s company.

Mr. Sungha J. : Thank you, Ms. Prima, for a warm welcome. I hope that we can be great partners to each other.

Secretary         : Well, the next agenda in our meeting today is a presentation from Mr. Teddy about strategies in rainbow martabak promotion. To Mr.Teddy, time is yours.

Mr. Teddy       : Thank you for the opportunity. Now, I would like to present strategies of promotion that we can implement to boost our rainbow martabak selling. We can make brochure which contains our promotion, the list of martabak with price and discount, and information about getting prizes if they buy more than 100 hundred thousand rupiah. Criticism and suggestion are welcomed.

Ms. Nissa        : I agree with it.

Ms. Lara         : I’m afraid I can’t agree with you. I think giving brochures is not an effective way. How about making banner or advertisement board near traffic light? I think it can save more fund and energy for our consumen.

Ms. Prima       : Ms. Lara, that’s a great idea.

Mr. Sungha J. : I think so. That will be more efficient and effective.

Ms. Prima       : Well, we are already in one voice, so that it is clear for the strategies of the promotion.

Secretary         : The last agenda is signing the letter of memorandum of understanding between Ms. Prima as the owner of Martabak Manis 146 and Mr. Sungha Jung as the owner of Martabak Depot 88, time is yours.

Ms. Prima       : By signing this memo, Martabak Manis 146 and Martabak Depot 88 agrees to have corporation.

Mr. Sungha J. : Thank you very much, Ms. Prima. I hope we will work greatly together.
